WELCOME TO RALSTON CREEK COHOUSING

On Hiatus

Due to roadblocks in acquiring land in the Geos Neighborhood, Ralston Creek CoHousing is on hiatus.  We are waiting to see if the land will come up for sale or not.  This will take between 6 months and 2 years.  During this time, we have not disbanded.  We are not holding events, sending out the newsletter, or accepting new members.  If you want to be notified if the land comes up for sale, please go to https://www.ralstoncreekcohousing.org/contact/ and join our mailing list.   And, we do still answer the phone or e-mail.

RALSTON CREEK COHOUSING

GEOS Neighborhood

We have chosen the Geos Neighborhood as the location for our intentional community, near Denver, Colorado. We desire to live in a net zero energy community where geothermal and solar energy replace fossil fuels, making it affordable now and forever. We will be exchanging larger individual yards for a shared courtyard, vegetable gardens and pocket parks.

“I like that I can walk or bike to restaurants, the grocery store, and other retail stores.  And, I easily go by car to Old Town Arvada, Golden, Denver, or Boulder. We have lots of parks nearby too.  We have it all.  But with this quiet, friendly neighborhood, we don’t have to leave for our social life. “

“I came to cohousing because I wanted to form community before, during, and after my move to Colorado from Ohio. I have been planning to retire in Colorado ever since my three children moved there.”
