Rightsizing Panel

Ralston Creek Cohousing presented a “Rightsizing: Smaller Scale Living” panel at the Arvada Library on Sunday, March 10. The panel rocked and rolled!

We filled the room at the Arvada Library with our panel discussion on right sizing and interested participants who asked great questions. (I shouldn’t say that, I guess, since I asked a lot of them myself!) The panelists had a great range of perspectives. Author and Elder Care Expert Suzanne Blankenship gave tips on getting the stories from our families and finding treasures in items wrapped up those stories. Moving and Downsizing Expert Robin Christian had tons of approaches for selling items, finding the right place to donate, and organizing yourself. And Realtor Bruce Drogsvold helped us understand how and when to Time to Get Organizedsell and buy homes. State Representative Brianna Titone moderated, keeping the conversation going at a perfect pace. Realtor and Columnist Jim Smith dropped by and also answered real estate questions.

If you missed it, it’s not too late! Thanks to Alan O’Hashi for recording the event. You can watch it here.
